  1. Hyderabad Habitat Centre (HHC) on PPP Mode at Khanamet (V):

      HMDA intend to develop Hyderabad Habitat Centre (HHC) on PPP Mode in HMDA lands at Khanamet (V). The Habitat Centre should provide the finest office space along with socio cultural infrastructure like convention facilities that are equipped with the state of art facilities.

      HHC is proposed to develop in 11.0 Acres with the components of Visual Art Gallery, Sculpture Courts, Artiplex theatres, Learning Centers, Open Air Theatre, Outdoor facilities including Landscape gardens, Theme Parks, Shades etc. with support facilities such as Office complex, Convention facilities, Club house, and Restaurants & Food courts.

      The Consultancy Services for Development of Hyderabad Habitat Centre (HHC) was awarded to M/s. IL & FS IDC.

  1. Transit Oriented Development in HMA on PPP Mode at Moosapet (V):

      HMDA intend to carry out Feasibility Study to prepare a strategic plan to promote access and use of public transport and Transit Oriented Development in HMA and Providing TA Services for TOD around Balanagar Metro Station.

      HMDA is having 16 acres of land at Moosapet and it is easily accessible from all directions and ripe for development needs careful over planning, design to enhance the asset value, as well as showcase a model urban environment.

      M/s. Lang Lasalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. have been selected for Providing Consultancy Services for Transit Oriented Development in HMA and Transaction Advisory Services for TOD around Balanagar Metro Station.

  1. Nodal Development at Khanamet (V) on PPP Mode:

      HMDA intend to carry out Nodal Development Plan at Khanamet, Hyderabad using TOD Concepts. This land may be developed on the lines of “Multipurpose Use Zone” taking into account the best international practices in planning, development and implementation. This Greenfield Development Node will form the core of high-quality businesses and a mix of support, residential and other commercial activities that would built on the existing activities such as IT Industry, residential communities and government facilities in the vicinity.

      M/s. Lang Lasalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. have been selected for Providing Consultancy Services for Nodal Development Plan at Khanamet, Hyderabad and Transaction Advisory Services for Selection of Developers.

  1. Development of International Standard M.I.C.E. facilities at Izzatnagar on PPP Mode:

      The Government allotted about 34 Acres of land in three pockets in NAC Campus at Izzatnagar (V) to HMDA in the year 2008. These pockets of land may be utilized into ancillary and complementary facilities of M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) to HICC and HITEX.

      M/s. Lang Lasalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. have been selected for Providing M.I.C.E. facilities at Izzatnagar, Hyderabad and Transaction Advisory Services for Selection of Developers.

  1. Development of Science City on PPP Mode at Budvel (V):

      HMDA intend to carry out the Science City on PPP mode in HMDA land at Budvel. The Key project components of Science City are Science Exposition Halls, Time Machine, Space Science, Future Cities, 4D Animation, Astronomical Adventures, Science / Multi-Purpose Auditoriums.

      The bid of M/s. IL & FS IDC JV with M/s. Kothari Associates for Selection of Consultancy Services for Development of Science City in Hyderabad Metropolitan Area on PPP Mode is under consideration.
